1.INTRODUCCIÓN

1.1 Colina Triste es una prueba por etapas de categoría UCI XC S1.

1.2 TRES etapas maratón (XCM) y una contrarreloj.

1.3 Es una competición formada por equipos de DOS miembros.

1.4 También existirá la posibilidad de participar en equipos de TRES y en modalidad INDIVIDUAL.

1.5 Colina Triste es una prueba enclavada dentro del calendario de la Unión Ciclista Internacional -UCI-, y se regirá por el Reglamento de la UCI.

1.6 Las fechas elegidas para la disputa de la prueba son 18, 19, 20 y 21 de julio de 2024.

2.INSCRIPCIONES

2.1 Cualquier persona que desee participar en esta prueba debe formalizar su inscripción a través de la página web oficial www.colinatriste.es . Para que la inscripción sea válida, es obligatorio rellenar todos los datos que se solicitan en el formulario y pagar los derechos de inscripción.

2.2 La inscripción es personal e intransferible y supone la aceptación de todos los artículos del presente Reglamento, así como de las condiciones de compra.

2.3 Para la edición 2024 las inscripciones, tanto en  parejas como en tríos, se realizarán de manera individual, realizando cada miembro del equipo su propia inscripción y su pago proporcional.

2.4 4. El plazo de inscripción se abre el 3 de diciembre a las 20 horas; el cupo de inscritos será de 800 corredores y concluye el 10 de julio de 2024 a las 23:59 horas o una vez que se acaben las inscripciones..

2.5 Licencias: Los participantes tienen que estar obligatoriamente en posesión de una licencia de competición ciclista, expedida por una federación ciclista nacional aprobada por la UCI.

2.5.1 Las licencias cicloturistas o de otros deportes no son aceptadas para esta carrera.

2.5.2 Quiénes en julio 2024 no posean una licencia anual para ciclismo de competición, deben tramitar un licencia de día para los 4 días.

2.5.3 Esta licencia de día supone un coste adicional de 12 € por día y permite competir en la categoría correspondiente, con los mismos derechos que cualquier otro participante a excepción de las condiciones específicas que afectan a las categorías Elite.

2.5.4 La licencia de día se podrá tramitar y pagar en el momento de la inscripción o antes del cierre de inscripciones el 10 de julio de 2023 a través de la tienda de la web oficial.

2.5.5 Esta licencia de día NO se podrá adquirir al recoger los dorsales.

2.5.6 Los participantes que deseen competir en las categorías Elite masculina y femenina deben disponer de una licencia de competición ciclista anual.

2.6 Las tarifas de inscripción para cada miembro y cada tramo son de:

PRIMEROS 40 INSCRITOS : 220 €.
DESDE 41 A 100 INSCRIPCIONES: 240 €.
DESDE 101 A 250 INSCRIPCIONES: 270 €.
DESDE 251 A 400 INSCRIPCIONES: 290 €.
DESDE 401 A 800 INSCRIPCIONES: 320 €

2.7 Becas Colina Triste:

2.7.1 Basadas en puntos UCI, logros deportivos de otro tipo, actividad en RRSS y acciones publicitarias.

2.7.2 Se solicitarán a través del formulario de la web oficial de Colina Triste en ACREDITACIONES.

2.7.3 La fecha límite para solicitar beca es el 1 de junio de 2024.

2.8 La organización se reserva 30 plazas adicionales, por motivos comerciales y compromisos de sponsorización.

2.9 La inscripción incluye:

Derecho a participación en la prueba

Dorsal personalizado.

Cronometraje y resultados una vez terminada la etapa.

Adhesivos de los perfiles de etapas.

Atención médica en ruta.

Atención mecánica en ruta, incluye la mano de obra, no las piezas a cambiar.

Avituallamientos líquidos y sólidos en ruta y avituallamiento final.

Servicio de recogida de retirados.

Servicio de lavado de bicicletas.

Servicio de guardarropa.

Bolsa de corredor con obsequios de sponsors.

Regalo finisher de la prueba.

Maillot conmemorativo Colina Triste 2024 de alta calidad.

Briefing de cada etapa.

3.POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES

3.1 Llevando a término la Normativa de Comercio Minorista de España, todas las inscripciones podrán ser devueltas en un plazo de 7 días naturales a partir de su inscripción. Se cobrará 3 euros en concepto de gasto de gestión.

3.2 Se ofrece Seguro de Cancelación por 18€ en el momento de formalizar la inscripción, para devoluciones fuera de plazo. A partir del 1 de enero de 2024 el seguro de cancelación tendrá un coste de 25 euros.

3.2.1 2.1 Este seguro SOLO es aplicable a la inscripción a Colina Triste UCI o Half Colina Triste, no siendo aplicable a otros servicios tales como el campamento Betterville Camp.

 3.2.2 Sin seguro no se aceptarán devoluciones fuera del plazo legal (lesiones, problemas personales, laborales, enfermedades o cualquier otro hecho que impida la participación del corredor,  sólo estarán sujetos a devolución si hay contratado un seguro de cancelación).

3.2.3 Se estipulan los siguientes períodos y plazos de devolución con seguro contratado:

Hasta el 1 de Junio de 2024, 100%
Hasta el 1 de Julio de 2024, 75%
Hasta el 7 de Julio de 2023, 50%
Desde el 8 de Julio no habrá posibilidad de reembolso

3.2.4 La devolución se solicitará por mail a dt@colinatriste.es, tomándose como solicitud de devolución la fecha en que se reciba dicho email.

3.2.5 Se establecen 3€ de cargo a la devolución en concepto de gestión.

3.2.6 El seguro de cancelación es un producto no reembolsable en  ningún caso, siendo así mismo un producto nominativo no transferible a otra persona.

3.3 Cambios de titularidad: tienen un coste de 28 euros más 3 euros de gastos de gestión.

3.3.3 Solo se permite el cambio de un titular en cada equipo, debiéndose solicitar mediante mail a dt@colinatriste.es. Hasta que no esté formado el equipo no se podrá solicitar el cambio de titular. El límite de fecha para solicitar el cambio de titular será el 10 de julio de 2024.

3.4 Catástrofes naturales, condiciones meteorológicas adversas, acontecimientos y desautorizaciones ocasionadas por motivos ajenos a la Organización: En cualquiera de estos casos en los que haya implícita una suspensión/aplazamiento de la carrera, la Organización ofrecerá a los inscritos la posibilidad de cambiar la inscripción a la nueva fecha de celebración. En ningún caso habrá posibilidad de reclamación de reembolso de la inscripción, al ser un motivo ajeno a la Organización

4.CATEGORÍAS

4.1 Todos los participantes tendrán que tener 19 años o más el 31 de diciembre del año en que se celebra la prueba.

4.2 Los participantes se deben de inscribir en alguna de las siguientes categorías:

ELITE-SUB 23 MASCULINO, dos hombres que deben de tener 19 años el 31 de diciembre del año en que se celebra la competición. Ambos deben de tener licencia homologada por la RFEC y cumplir toda la normativa RFEC.

ELITE-SUB 23 FEMENINO, dos mujeres que deben de tener 19 años el 31 de diciembre del año en que se celebra la competición.

MASTER 30, Dos hombres que deben tener 30 años o más el 31 de diciembre del año en que se celebra la competición. Quienes posean licencia de categoría Elite no podrán competir en esta categoría.

MASTER 40, Dos hombres que deben tener 40 años o más el 31 de diciembre del año en que se celebra la competición. Quienes posean licencia de categoría Elite o Máster 30 no podrán competir en esta categoría.

MASTER 50, Dos hombres que deben tener 50 años o más el 31 de diciembre del año en que se celebra la competición. Quienes posean licencia de categoría Elite, master 30 o master 40 no podrán competir en esta categoría.

MASTER 60, Dos hombres que deben tener 60 años o más el 31 de diciembre del año en que se celebra la competición. Quienes posean licencia de categoría Elite, master 30,  master 40 o master 50, no podrán competir en esta categoría.

MASTER FEMENINO, Dos mujeres que deben de tener 30 años o más el 31 de diciembre del año en que se celebra la competición. Quienes posean licencia Elite no podrán competir en esta categoría.

MIXTO, Una mujer y un hombre que deben tener 19 años o más el 31 de diciembre del año en que se celebra la competición.

TRIOS, tres personas que deben tener 19 años o más el 31 de diciembre del año en que se celebra la competición: trio masculino, trio femenino y trio mixto.

INDIVIDUAL,serán aquellos corredores que por diferentes motivos se hayan quedado solos a la hora de participar en la prueba o se hayan apuntado de manera individual. Al ser una prueba por parejas, saldrán en el cajón INDIVIDUAL. Esta modalidad de inscripción se acoge al formato CHALLENGE, de manera que los corredores que provengan de parejas o trios desarticulados podrán optar a clasificación/podium de la etapa en cuestión, pero la clasificación general/pódium de la prueba será sólo para inscritos en esta categoría INDIVIDUAL.

4.3 Estas categorías solo se formarán en caso de tomar la salida al menos tres equipos de cada categoría.

4.4 Si un participante no se empareja con otro del mismo grupo de edad y/o categoría de licencia, el equipo debe inscribirse en la categoría que corresponda al más joven y/o categoría de mayor nivel.

4.5 IMPORTANTE: Acorde a la normativa de la Real Federación Española de Ciclismo (RFEC), los participantes extranjeros poseedores de una licencia de ciclismo no tramitada por la RFEC, deben tener una autorización escrita de su federación nacional que certifique que su seguro es válido en España. Este documento debe presentarse a los Comisarios para poder retirar el dorsal.

5.VERIFICACIONES ADMINISTRATIVAS

5.1 Las verificaciones administrativas, recogida de dorsales así como bolsa de corredor y acreditaciones, tendrán lugar el miércoles 17 y jueves 18 de julio; el horario será publicado en la web semanas antes.

5.2 Los dorsales se asignan en función de cada categoría por orden de inscripción y de la última actualización del ranking UCI.

5.3 Durante las verificaciones administrativas se entregará una pulsera identificativa a cada participante, que debe llevar obligatoriamente durante todos los días de competición. Esta pulsera concede acceso a las áreas habilitadas para los participantes (avituallamientos finales, lavado de bicicleta, etc) y también es útil como medida de seguridad.

6.REUNIÓN DE EQUIPOS

6.1 Se realizará una reunión previa o briefing donde se repasarán las etapas y aquellos aspectos de ser conocidos por los participantes. Los horarios serán publicados en panel informativo de la prueba que se ubicará en zona paddock y en la pagina web.

6.2 Todas las actualizaciones sobre aspectos técnicos de la carrera se publicarán asi mismo en el canal de Telegram y redes sociales Colina Triste.

6.3 La asistencia a la reunión de equipos será aconsejable lo que no obligatorio.

7.HORARIOS

7.1 Los horarios y lugares de recogidas de dorsales, acreditaciones, servicios etc, serán publicados en la pagina web.

8.DESARROLLO DE LA PRUEBA

8.1 La competición se disputa según el reglamento de la UCI.

8.2 Tras cada etapa en el tablón colocado en la zona paddock serán publicadas las clasificaciones de etapa y generales.

8.3 La salida de todas las etapas son en pelotón salvo la etapa 1 contrarreloj.

8.4 Hay habilitadas diferentes parrillas de salida en función de la clasificación general provisional de la prueba y categoría.

8.5 Los corredores que se hayan quedado solos y conformen la categoría individual, saldrán en el cajón individual.

8.6 Cinco minutos antes de la hora de salida no está permitido el acceso de ningún participante a la parrilla de salida, debiéndose colocar en la parte trasera del correspondiente grupo de salida.

8.7 Los miembros de cada equipo deben realizar toda la competición juntos y con una diferencia de tiempo máximo de dos minutos entre ellos en cualquier lugar del recorrido.

8.8 Si un equipo llega al final de una etapa, o en cualquier control de paso, o es visto por un Comisario en cualquier lugar del recorrido con un intervalo de más de dos minutos de diferencia entre sus miembros, recibe una penalización de cinco minutos (por cada vez que se incumpla la norma), añadido al tiempo del miembro que haya llegado en segundo lugar a la meta.

8.9 Cada control de paso, control de intersección, punto de avituallamiento, salida y llegada tiene una hora máxima de paso, momento en el cual se cierra el servicio. Los equipos deben rodar dentro de este intervalo de tiempo para no ser descalificados. El tiempo para alcanzar estos puntos se anuncia en el rutómetro de la competición.

8.10 Si no se terminara alguna de las etapas se podrá continuar en la etapa siguiente, no pudiendo optar a los premios Finisher y no contabilizando en clasificaciones generales.

8.11 Los participantes que dejan de estar oficialmente clasificados pueden continuar participando en la prueba de manera recreativa siempre y cuando no influyan en el desarrollo de la competición. No cumplir esta regla supone la expulsión de la prueba, sin posibilidad de continuar en ella.

8.12 Cualquier ayuda ilícita supone la descalificación del equipo.

9.SALIDAS Y LLEGADAS NEUTRALIZADAS

9.1 Las salidas podrán ser neutralizadas por motivos de seguridad, siendo encabezada por un vehículo de la organización hasta que el técnico oficial de la salida empezara la prueba deportiva.

9.2 La llegada podrá ser neutralizada igualmente por motivos de seguridad, por lo que la toma de tiempos termina en esta llegada, siendo la distancia hasta meta cubierta en un tiempo máximo estipulado por la organización desde que pasó por la llegada; fuera de este tiempo quedará fuera de carrera.

10.RECORRIDO Y LUGAR INICIO Y FINAL

10.1. Etapas, salida y llegadas. La ubicación de salidas y llegadas está por determinar.
18 julio de 2024 – Etapa 1 (Contrarreloj)
19 julio de 2024– Etapa 2
20 julio de 2024 – Etapa 3 HALF 1
21 julio de 2024 – Etapa 4 HALF 2

10.2 El recorrido está debidamente marcado con señales, especialmente en los puntos conflictivos, como cruces, intersecciones de carretera o calles.

10.3 El recorrido es abierto al tráfico, pero debidamente controlado. Los participantes deben seguir las indicaciones de las autoridades de tráfico y personal de la organización, así como circular con precaución. En las vías públicas españolas, los ciclistas deben permanecer en el arcén del carril derecho. En pistas, es recomendable circular por el lado derecho.

10.4 El recorrido incluye ascensiones exigentes y tramos técnicos en descenso. Es responsabilidad del participante decidir si lo puede superar montado sobre la bici. La organización no es responsable de accidentes relacionados con la destreza de cada participante o su nivel de forma física.

10.5 Durante el recorrido se establecen Puntos de Control.

10.6 En los Puntos de Control un Comisario anota el número del participante y su tiempo.

10.7 No pasar por cualquier Punto de Control supone la descalificación de la prueba.

10.8 Abandonar el recorrido marcado por la organización supone la descalificación.

10.9 No obedecer las indicaciones de los comisarios será motivo de descalificación de la prueba.

11. ZONAS DE ASISTENCIA, AVITUALLAMIENTOS Y TALLER EN CARRERA

11.1 Los avituallamientos y zonas de asistencia técnica están debidamente señalizados durante el recorrido y al final de cada etapa. Éstos disponen de todo lo necesario para cubrir las necesidades de alimentación e hidratación de los participantes durante la prueba.

11.2 Los avituallamientos coinciden con las zonas de asistencia de los equipos.

11.3 Estas zonas de asistencia de equipos serán los únicos puntos donde la asistencia mecánica y de avituallamiento será permitida. Para poder acceder y asistir en estas zonas, las autorizaciones se pedirán en la entrega de dorsales al Jurado Técnico.

12.SEÑALIZACIÓN Y BALIZAMIENTO

12.1 El recorrido está flechado y balizado debidamente. No requiere ningún dispositivo electrónico para ser seguido, aunque si es aconsejable.

12.2 Cada diez kilómetros está indicada la distancia restante hasta la meta. Los últimos cinco kilómetros a meta también están indicados.

13.ANULACIÓN DE TRAMOS

13.1 Los Comisarios, Director de Recorrido y Director de Carrera, pueden decidir que un tramo del recorrido es impracticable e imposible de franquear, pudiendo desviar el recorrido por los puntos previstos por la organización.

13.2 En caso de no ser posible, se toma como tiempo de llegada el punto donde está el último control de tiempo.

14.CLASIFICACIONES

14.1 Las clasificaciones de cada etapa se realizan de acuerdo al tiempo invertido para completar cada una, por el último de los dos miembros del equipo, más las penalizaciones de tiempo acumuladas.

14.2 La suma del tiempo de las etapas disputadas, más las penalizaciones de tiempo acumuladas, establecen la clasificación general de cada equipo.

14.3 Se establecen las siguientes clasificaciones:

14.4 Cualquier equipo que oficialmente no ha completado alguna etapa o sea descalificado, no es considerado Finisher.

14.5 Los Comisarios deben aprobar los tiempos para que los resultados sean considerados válidos.

15.DESCALIFICACIONES, RETIRADAS Y RECLAMACIONES

15.1 Serán propuestos al comité Organizador para ser descalificados  los participantes que:

No utilicen el casco.

No lleven visible el dorsal y/o entren en zona de meta sin él.

Participen con dorsal adjudicado a otro corredor

Cambien el recorrido predeterminado por la organización.

Manifiesten un comportamiento antideportivo y contrario al presente Reglamento.

Arrojen basura.

15.2 En caso de descalificación o retirada de la prueba, el precio de la inscripción no será reembolsado ni total ni parcialmente.

15.3 Las reclamaciones deben de presentarse formalmente a los comisarios y se tramitará según la normativa UCI.

16.ABANDONO

16.1 En caso de abandono de uno de los miembros del equipo o los dos, se debe de informar a la organización en el menor tiempo posible.

16.2 No notificar un abandono supone la expulsión de la competición del equipo afectado.

16.3 En caso de accidente o emergencia, y salvaguardando la seguridad de los participantes, la organización tiene el derecho de retirar a un participante de la competición.

16.4 El abandono de un miembro de la pareja supone que, aunque el otro miembro finalice la prueba en tiempo, ninguno de los dos sea finisher.

17.PREMIOS

17.1 Cada etapa cuenta con una entrega de premios para cada categoría.

17.2 En la entrega de premios de etapa y final, los tres primeros equipos de cada categoría de la clasificación son llamados inmediatamente al podio, una vez todos han cruzado la línea de meta. Los horarios del protocolo se publicarán en redes y en la web oficial de la prueba.

17.3 La ceremonia de pódium es de obligatoria asistencia para los equipos que configuran el pódium, pudiendo constituir sanción o expulsión de la prueba la no asistencia.

17.4 Los premios económicos serán abonados por transferencia bancaria una vez concluido el plazo de solicitud del premio.

17.5 Los participantes con derecho a premio económico deberán de rellenar y enviar un formulario descargable dentro de la web www.colinatriste.es.

17.6 Los participantes que no envíen la documentación y formulario en los 30 días posteriores a la finalización de la prueba, se entenderá que rehúsan al premio, perdiendo su derecho al cobro.

18.BICICLETA

18.1 Las bicicletas deben estar acorde a la normativa UCI, tanto en características técnicas como en seguridad.

18.2 Se permite a los participantes cambiar sus bicicletas de etapa en etapa pero no pueden ser completamente sustituidas ni cambiadas durante una etapa.

18.3 Las bicicletas tándem no están permitidas.

18.4 Para retirar una bicicleta del parking oficial el participante debe mostrar su pulsera, cuyo número coincide con el número de dorsal de la placa de la bicicleta. No se entregará ninguna bicicleta sin mostrar la pulsera.

19. GUARDARROPA

19.1 Se ofrece un servicio básico de guardarropa utilizando para ello la bolsa entregada durante la recogida de dorsales.

19.2 Cada participante deberá marcar dicha bolsa con su número de dorsal.

19.3 No está permitido introducir dinero o material de valor en las mismas. Está pensando para objetos del tipo de chubasqueros, chaquetas, manguitos, etc.

19.4 El personal responsable del guardarropa sólo devolverá la bolsa al corredor que acredite su propiedad mediante la pulsera acreditativa.

19.5 En el caso demostrable de pérdida de una bolsa durante el uso de este servicio guardarropa, la Organización compensará con un máximo de 30 euros al participante.

19.6 Cualquier incidencia deberá ser reportada en ese mismo momento a los miembros de la Organización.

20.MATERIAL OBLIGATORIO Y EQUIPAMIENTO

20.1 Todos los participantes deberán llevar el dorsal y la placa que la organización le entregue. La placa debe de ir colocada en la parte delantera de la bicicleta y el dorsal en la espalda del participante, ambos perfectamente visibles.

20.2 En el caso de que la Organización haga entrega de un dispositivo GPS, un miembro de la pareja deberá llevarlo consigo obligatoriamente en carrera. Este dispositivo sería usado por motivos de seguridad.

20.3 La Organización hará entrega de un chip para el control de tiempos el cual debe de ir en todo momento colocado donde indique la organización.

20.4 Los dispositivos GPS o navegadores no son obligatorios pero sí muy aconsejables ante cualquier imprevisto que pudiera surgir durante la prueba.

20.5 Los equipos líderes de la clasificación general de su categoría deben vestir el maillot de líder, entregado por la organización. El maillot de líder dispone de un espacio en blanco en la parte delantera y trasera para colocar la publicidad del equipo/participante.

20.6 Es responsabilidad de cada equipo o participante colocar su publicidad en el espacio habilitado en el maillot de líder.

20.7 Por motivos de seguridad se recomienda llevar teléfono móvil.

20.8 La organización no se hace responsable de ningún objeto perdido u olvidado a lo largo del recorrido o en el transcurso de la prueba de ningún participante.

20.9 La organización no se hace responsable de ninguna avería ni reparación de la bicicleta que pueda suceder en el transcurso de la prueba.

20.10 El uso de cámaras de grabación durante el desarrollo de las etapas estará sujeto a autorización, la cual será solicitada en el momento de la entrega de acreditaciones/dorsales.

21.DERECHOS DE IMAGEN

21.1 Aceptar este Reglamento vincula al participante a otorgar a la organización autorización para la grabación total o parcial de su participación en el evento.

21.2 Así mismo, presta su consentimiento para que su imagen (tanto en video como en fotografía) pueda ser utilizada en la difusión y promoción de la prueba en cualquier medio de divulgación (radio, prensa, redes sociales, televisión, internet, etc.).

21.3 El participante al aceptar este Reglamento cede todos los derechos relativos a la explotación comercial y publicitaria que la organización estime oportuno, sin compensación económica ni de ningún tipo.

22.CAMPAMENTO Y ZONA DE AUTOCARAVANAS

22.1 Campamento Betterville: para autocaravanas, caravanas, furgonetas camperizadas; no admitidos turismos. Serán admitidas tiendas de campaña en el campamento.

22.1.1 Se establece un cupo de 100 parcelas. En cada parcela se instala un único vehículo para un máximo de un equipo inscrito (caravana, autocaravana o furgoneta camperizada) o una única tienda de campaña para un máximo de un equipo inscrito.

22.1.2 Las tiendas serán propiedad particular de los corredores que deseen hacer uso de este campamento.
22.1.3.Esta zona estará habilitada exclusivamente para inscritos, no está permitido el uso por parte de no inscritos.
22.1.4.Incluido en el precio:
• Servicio de baños y duchas
• Zona vigilada
22.1.5.El campamento se habilitará en los siguientes horarios:
• Inscritos a Colina Triste UCI 4 etapas : de miércoles 17 de julio a las 18 horas hasta el domingo 21 de julio a las 15 horas. Precio: 28 euros.
• Inscritos a Half Colina Triste: desde el viernes 19 de julio a las 18 horas hasta el domingo 21 de julio a las 15 horas. Precio: 16 euros.
22.1.6.El domingo 21 a las 15 horas las parcelas tienen que quedar libres de vehículos y tiendas de campaña.
22.1.7.Su contratación se realizará al formalizar la inscripción a Colina Triste o bien a posteriori desde la plataforma de inscripción.
22.1.8.La Organización no se hace responsable de los posibles robos o hurtos en los vehículos o tiendas establecidos en las parcelas del Campamento.
22.1.9.Fecha límite de reserva el 10 de julio de 2024 o hasta llegar al cupo.
22.1.10.El Campamento Betterville se regirá por las normas básicas de civismo y respeto, cumpliéndose obligatoriamente por parte de todos los usuarios los condicionados específicos de dicho Campamento.

23.SOSTENIBILIDAD Y MEDIO AMBIENTE

23.1 Colina Triste se desarrolla íntegramente en el Parque Natural Sabinares del Arlanza y la Yecla, garantizando la sostenibilidad de los recursos y el respeto al medio ambiente.

23.2 Los participantes deberán ser respetuosos con el medio que nos rodea, así como con el resto de participantes y demás personas, demostrando en todo momento deportividad y cumpliendo con las normas básicas de educación.

23.3 Queda terminantemente prohibido tirar basura, bidones, envoltorios de barritas, geles, etc. en el recorrido.

23.4 Queda terminantemente prohibido circular fuera del recorrido establecido por la organización.

23.5 En las zonas paddock , de campamento y de autocaravanas, así como durante toda la estancia de los participantes y acompañantes en la carrera, se entiende de obligado cumplimiento el adecuado manejo de los residuos generados, así como el respeto al medio que nos rodea.

23.6 Los usuarios de la zona de autocaravanas, así como del campamento, se comprometen a cumplir con los condicionados específicos de ambas zonas.

23.7 La prueba se desarrolla durante la Época de Peligro Alto de Incendios. Se recuerda la prohibición de usar fuego en el monte o terrenos adyacentes.

 

 

 

COLINA TRISTE UCI 2024 RULES

 

1.INTRODUCTION

1.1. Colina Triste is an UCI XC S1 stage race.

1.2. THREE marathon stages (XCM) and one time trial.

1.3. It is a competition formed by teams of TWO members.

1.4. There will also be the possibility of participating in TEAMS of three members or individual modality.

1.5. Colina Triste is a race within the calendar of the International Cycling Union (UCI). The Race will be governed within the UCI regulations.

1.6. The dates chosen for the dispute of the Race are July  18, 19, 20 y 21, 2024.

2.REGISTRATION

2.1. Anyone who wishes to participate in this Race must formalize their registration through the official website www.colinatriste.es. For the registration to be valid, it is mandatory to fill in all the data requested in the form and pay the registration fees.

2.2. The registration is personal and non-transferable and implies the acceptance of all the articles of these Race Rules, as well as the conditions of purchase, having to make the registration through the official website of the event.

2.3 For the 2024 edition, registrations, both in pairs and trios, will be made individually, with each team member making their own registration and proportional payment.

2.4. The registration period opens on December 3 at 8 pm; The registered quota will be 800 runners and ends on July 10, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. or once the registrations are over.

2.5. Licenses: Participants must be in possession of a cycling competition license, issued by a national cycling federation approved by the UCI.

2.5.1Cycling or other sports licenses are not accepted for this race.

2.5.2 Those who in July 2024 do not have an annual license for competitive cycling, must process a day license for the 4 days.

2.5.3 This day license entails an additional cost of € 12 per day and allows you to compete in the corresponding category, with the same rights as any other participant except for the specific conditions that affect the Elite categories.

2.5.4 The day license can be processed and paid at the time of registration or before the closing of registrations on July 10, 2024 through the store on the official website.

2.5.5 This day license can NOT be purchased when collecting the bibs.

2.5.6 Participants wishing to compete in the men’s and women’s Elite categories must have an annual cycling competition license.

2.6. Registration fees for each member and each tranche are:

first 40 bikers: 220   €.

from 41 to 100 registrations: 240 €.

from 101 to 250 registrations: 270 €.

from 251 to 400 registrations: 290 €.

from 401 to 800 registrations: 320 €.

2.7. Colina Triste Scholarships:

2.7.1 Based on UCI points, other sporting achievements, social media activity and advertising actions.

2.7.2 They will be requested through the form on the official website of Colina Triste.

2.7.3 Scholarships are nominative and non-transferable to another person.

2.7.4 The organization reserves 30 additional places, for commercial reasons and sponsorship commitments.

2.8. The deadline to apply for scholarship is June 1, 2024.

2.9. Registration includes:

3.RETURN POLICY

3.1. Completing the Spanish Retail Trade Regulations, all registrations may be returned within 7 calendar days of registration. 3 euros will be charged for management fee.

3.2. Cancellation Insurance is offered for € 18 at the time of registration, for late returns. From 1 January 2024, cancellation insurance will cost €25.

3.2.1 This insurance is ONLY applicable to registration to Colina Triste UCI or Half Colina Triste, not being applicable to other services / events such as Betterville Camp or motorhome area.

3.2.2 Without insurance, refunds will not be accepted after the legal deadline (injuries, personal problems, work, illnesses or any other fact that prevents the participation of the broker, will only be subject to return if there is cancellation insurance).

• From July 8 there will be no possibility of reimbursement

3.2.3 The return will be requested by mail to dt@colinatriste.es, taking as a return request the date on which said email is received.

3.2.4 € 3 charge is established to the refund for management.

3.2.5 The cancellation insurance is a non-refundable product in any case, being likewise a nominative product not transferable to another person.

3.3. Changes of ownership: they have a cost of 28 euros plus 3 euros of management expenses.

3.2 Only one starter is allowed to change in each team, and must be requested by mail to dt@colinatriste.es. Until the team is formed, the change of owner cannot be requested. The date limit to request the change of owner will be July 10, 2024.

3.4. Natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, events and disavowals caused by reasons beyond the control of the Organization: In any of these cases in which there is an implied suspension / postponement of the race, the Organization will offer those registered the possibility of changing the registration to the new date of celebration. In no case will there be a claim for reimbursement of the registration, as it is a reason beyond the control of the Organization.

4.CATEGORIES

4.1. All participants will have to be 19 years of age or older on December 31 of the year in which the Race takes place.

4.2. Participants must register in one of the following categories:

ELITE-SUB 23 MALE, two men who must be 19 years old on December 31 of the year in which the Race takes place. Both must have a license approved by the RFEC and comply with all RFEC regulations.

ELITE-SUB 23 FEMALE, two women who must be 19 years old on December 31 of the year in which the Race takes place.

MASTER 30, Two men who must be 30 years of age or older on December 31 of the year in which the Race takes place. Those who hold an Elite category license will not be able to compete in this category.

MASTER 40, Two men who must be 40 years of age or older on December 31 of the year in which the Race takes place. Those who have an Elite or Master 30 category license will not be able to compete in this category.

MASTER 50, Two men who must be 50 years of age or older on December 31 of the year in which the Race takes place.Those who have an Elite, Master 30 or Master 40 category license will not be able to compete in this category.

MASTER 60, Two men who must be 60 years of age or older on December 31 of the year in which the Race takes place.Those who have an Elite, Master 30, Master 40 or Master 50 category, license will not be able to compete in this category.

FEMALE MASTER, Two women who must be 30 years or older on December 31 of the year in which the Race takes place. Those who have an Elite license will not be able to compete in this category.

MIXED, A woman and a man who must be 19 years of age or older on December 31 of the year in which the Race takes place.

TRIOS, three persons who must be 19 years of age or older on 31 December of the year in which the Race takes place: male trios, female trios and mixed trios.

INDIVIDUAL, will be those runners who for different reasons have been left alone when participating in the test or have signed up individually. Being a test in pairs, they will come out in the last drawer and do not opt for podium.

4.3. These categories will only be formed in case of taking the start at least three teams of each category.

4.4. If a participant is not matched with another of the same age group and/or license category, the team must enroll in the category that corresponds to the youngest and/or highest level category.

4.5. IMPORTANT: According to the regulations of the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC), foreign participants holding a cycling license not processed by the RFEC, must have a written authorization from their national federation that certifies that their insurance is valid in Spain. This document must be presented to the Commissioners in order to be able to withdraw the number.

5.ADMINISTRATIVE VERIFICATIONS

5.1. The administrative verifications, collection of bibs, broker bag and accreditations, will take place on Wednesday, July 17 and Thursday, July 18;; the schedule will be published on the web weeks before.

5.2. Cycling or other sports licenses are not accepted for this race. Only the Federative Cycling Licenses issued by an Autonomous Federation are accepted.

5.3. The numbers are assigned according to each category in order of registration and the latest update of the UCI ranking.

5.4. During the administrative checks, an identification bracelet will be given to each participant, which must be worn during all the days of the competition. This bracelet grants access to the areas enabled for participants and is also useful as a security measure.

6.TEAM MEETING

6.1. A previous meeting or briefing will be held where the stages and those aspects of being known by the participants will be reviewed. The schedules will be published in the information panel of the Race that will be located in the paddock area and on the website.

6.2. All updates on technical aspects of the race will also be published on the Telegram channel and social networks Colina Triste.

6.3. Attendance at the team meeting will be advisable which is not mandatory.

7.SCHEDULES

7.1. The times and places of collection of bibs, accreditations, services etc, will be published on the website.

8.TEST DEVELOPMENT

8.1. The competition is contested according to the UCI regulations.

8.2. After each stage on the board placed in the paddock area, the stage and general classifications will be published.

8.3. The start of all stages are in peloton except for stage 1 time trial.

8.4. There are different starting grids enabled depending on the provisional general classification of the test and category.

8.5.  The runners who have been left alone and make up the individual category, will leave in the last drawer.

8.6. Five minutes before the start time, no participant is allowed access to the starting grid, and must be placed at the back of the corresponding starting group.

8.7. The members of each team must perform the entire competition together and with a maximum time difference of two minutes between them anywhere on the route.

8.8. If a team reaches the end of a stage, or at any checkpoint, or is seen by a Commissioner anywhere on the course with an interval of more than two minutes between its members, it receives a penalty of five minutes (for each time the rule is breached), added to the time of the member who has reached the finish line second.

8.9. Each control of passage, control of intersection, point of provisioning, departure and arrival has a maximum time of passage, at which time the service is closed. Teams must roll within this time interval in order not to be disqualified. The time to reach these points is announced on the competition routemeter.

8.10. Any unlawful aid implies the disqualification of the team.

8.11, Participants who are no longer officially classified can continue to participate in the test recreationally as long as they do not influence the development of the competition. Failure to comply with this rule means expulsion from the test, without the possibility of continuing in it.

8.12. Participants authorize to capture images and videos on the occasion of the event, as well as the subsequent sale of these works.

9.NEUTRALIZED DEPARTURES AND ARRIVALS

9.1. The exits may be neutralized for safety reasons being headed by a vehicle of the organization until the official technician of the start starts the sports event.

9.2. The arrival may also be neutralized for safety reasons so the taking of times ends in this arrival being the distance to the finish line covered in a maximum time stipulated by the organization since I pass through the arrival, outside this time will be out of the race.

10.ROUTE AND PLACE START AND END

10.1. Stages, departure and arrival; The location of departures and arrivals is to be determined.

July 18, 2024 – Stage 1 (Time Trial)

July 19, 2024 – Stage 2

July 20, 2024 – Stage 3 HALF 1

July 21, 2024 – Stage 4 HALF 2

10.2. The route is duly marked with marks, especially at hotspots, such as junctions, road intersections or streets.

10.3. The route is open to traffic but properly controlled. Participants should follow the instructions of the traffic authorities and drive with caution. On Spanish public roads, cyclists must remain on the shoulder of the right lane. On tracks, it is advisable to drive on the right side.

10.4. The route includes demanding ascents and technical sections in descent. It is the responsibility of the participant to decide if he can overcome it mounted on the bike. The organization is not responsible for accidents related to each participant’s skill or fitness level.

10.5. During the Race Control Points are established.

10.6. At the checkpoints, a Commissioner writes down the number of the participant and his time.

10.7. Failure to pass through any Control Point implies disqualification from the test.

10.8. Abandoning the route marked by the organization implies disqualification.

10.9. Failure to obey the instructions of the commissioners will be grounds for disqualification from the test.

11 .ASSISTANCE AREAS, REFRESHMENTS AND WORKSHOP IN THE RACE

11.1. The refreshments and technical assistance areas are duly signposted during the route and at the end of each stage. These have everything necessary to cover the feeding and hydration needs of the participants during the test.

11.2. The refreshment stations coincide with the assistance areas of the teams.

11.3. These equipment assistance areas shall be the only points where mechanical assistance and provisioning shall be permitted.

12.SIGNALLING AND BEACONING

12.1. The route is arrowed and marked properly. It does not require any electronic device to be followed, although it is advisable.

12.2. Every ten kilometers the remaining distance to the finish line is indicated. The last five kilometers to the finish line are also indicated.

13.CANCELLATION OF SECTIONS

13.1. The Stewards, Route Director and Race Director, can decide that a section of the route is impracticable and impossible to cross, being able to divert the route by the points provided by the organization.

13.2. If this is not possible, the arrival time is taken as the point where the last time control is.

14.CLASSIFICATIONS

14.1. The classifications of each stage are made according to the time invested to complete each one, by the last of the two team members, plus the accumulated time penalties.

14.2. The sum of the time of the stages played, plus the accumulated time penalties, establish the general classification of each team.

14.4. Any team that has not officially completed a stage or is disqualified, is not considered a Finisher.

14.5. Commissioners must approve the times for the results to be considered valid.

15.DISQUALIFICATIONS, WITHDRAWALS AND COMPLAINTS

15.1. Participants who:

Do not wear the helmet.

Do not wear the bib number visible and / or enter the finish area without it.

Participate with a bib awarded to another runner.

Change the default route through the organization.

Manifest unsportsmanlike behaviour contrary to this Regulation.

Throw garbage.

15.2. In case of disqualification or withdrawal from the test, the price of the registration will not be refunded in whole or in part.

15.3. Complaints must be formally submitted to the commissioners and will be processed according to UCI regulations.

16.WITHDRAWALS

16.1. In case of abandonment of one or both of the team members, the organization must be informed in the shortest possible time.

16.2. Failure to notify an abandonment means expulsion from the competition of the affected team.

16.3. In case of accident or emergency, and safeguarding the safety of the participants, the organization has the right to withdraw a participant from the competition.

16.4. The abandonment of a member of the couple means that although the other member finishes the test in time, neither of them is a finisher.

17.AWARDS

17.1. Each stage has an awards ceremony for each category.

17.2. At the stage and final awards ceremony, the top three teams in each category of the classification are immediately called to the podium, once they have all crossed the finish line. The schedules of the protocol will be published in networks and on the official website of the test.

17.3.  The podium ceremony is mandatory attendance for the teams that make up the podium, and non-attendance may constitute a sanction or expulsion from the test.

17.4. The economic prizes will be paid by bank transfer the days after the competition.

17.5. Participants entitled to an economic prize must fill out and send a downloadable form within the website www.colinatriste.es.

17.6. Participants who do not send the documentation and form within 30 days after the end of the test, it will be understood that they refuse the prize

18.BICYCLE

18.1. Bicycles must be in accordance with UCI regulations, both in technical characteristics and safety.

18.2. Participants are allowed to change their bikes from stage to stage but cannot be completely replaced or changed during a stage.

18.3. Tandem bikes are not allowed.

18.4.  To remove a bicycle from the official car park, the participant must show their wristband, whose number coincides with the bib number of the bicycle plate. No bicycle will be delivered without showing the wristband.

19.  WARDROBE

19.1. A basic cloakroom service is offered using the bag delivered during the collection of bibs.

19.2. Each participant must mark this bag with their bib number.

19.3. It is not allowed to introduce money or material of value in them. It is thinking for objects such as raincoats, jackets, sleeves, etc.

19.4. The personnel responsible for the cloakroom will only return the bag to the runner who proves his ownership by means of the accrediting bracelet.

19.5. In the demonstrable case of loss of a bag during the use of this cloakroom service, the Organization will compensate the participant with a maximum of 30 euros.

19.6. Any incident must be reported at the same time to the members of the Organization.

20. MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

20.1. All participants must wear the number and the plaque that the organization gives them. The plate must be placed on the front of the bike and the dorsal on the back of the participant, both perfectly visible.

20.2. In case that the organization gives a GPS device to a member of the couple, he must be carried with him in the race. This device will be used for security reasons.

20.3. Likewise, the organization will deliver a chip for time control which must be placed at all times where the organization indicates.

20.4. GPS devices are not mandatory but are highly advisable for any unforeseen event that may arise during the test.

20.5. The leading teams of the general classification of their category must wear the leader’s jersey, delivered by the organization. The leader’s jersey has a blank space at the front and back to place the advertising of the team / participant.

20.6. It is the responsibility of each team or participant to place their advertising in the space enabled in the leader’s jersey.

20.7. For security reasons it is recommended to carry a mobile phone.

20.8. The organization is not responsible for any lost or forgotten objects along the route or in the course of the test of any participant.

20.9. The organization is not responsible for any breakdown or repair of the bicycle that may happen in the course of the test.

20.10. It is forbidden to carry video cameras during the competition, unless authorized by UCI commissioners.

21. IMAGE RIGHTS

21.1. Accepting these Rules binds the participant to grant the organization authorization for the total or partial recording of their participation in the event.

21.2. Likewise, you consent so that your image (both in video and photography) can be used in the dissemination and promotion of the test in any means of dissemination (radio, press, social networks, television, internet, etc.).

21.3. The participant by accepting this Regulation assigns all the rights related to the commercial and advertising exploitation that the organization deems appropriate, without financial compensation or of any kind.

22. CAMPGROUND AND MOTORHOME AREA

22.1.Camp Betterville: for motorhomes, caravans, camper vans; Cars are not allowed. Tents will be allowed into the camp.

22.1.1 A quota of 100 plots is established. A single vehicle is installed on each pitch for a maximum of one registered team (caravan, motorhome or camper van) or a single tent for a maximum of one registered team.

22.1.2 Tents shall be the private property of bikers who wish to make use of this camp.

22.1.3 This area will be enabled exclusively for registered bikers, use by non-registrants is not allowed.

22.1.4  Included in the price:

• Toilets and showers service
• Monitored area

22.1.5 The camp will be set up at the following times:

• Registered for Colina Triste UCI 4 stages: from Wednesday, July 17 at 6 p.m. to Sunday, July 21 at 3 p.m. Price: 28 euros.
• Half Colina Triste registrants: from Friday, July 19 at 6 p.m. to Sunday, July 21 at 3 p.m. Price: 16 euros.

22.1.6  On Sunday 21 at 3 p.m. the pitches must be free of vehicles and tents.

22.1.7 Your hiring will be made when formalizing the registration to Colina Triste or a posteriori from the Store of the official website.

22.1.8 The organization is not responsible for possible robberies or thefts in stores.

22.1.9 This service is not available for the Half modality or for those registered exclusively to The Bandit, Festival DH Sta. Bárbara or Colina Triste Eléctricas.

22.1.10 Booking deadline on July 10, 2024 or until registrations are exhausted.

23.SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENT

23.1 Colina Triste is developed entirely in the Sabinares del Arlanza and Yecla Natural Park, guaranteeing the sustainability of resources and respect for the environment.

23.2 Participants must be respectful of the environment that surrounds us, as well as with the rest of the participants and other people, demonstrating at all times sportsmanship and complying with the basic rules of education.

23.3 It is strictly forbidden to throw garbage, drums, bar wrappers, gels, etc. on the route.

23.4 It is strictly forbidden to circulate outside the route established by the organization.

23.5 In the paddock, camping and motorhome areas, as well as throughout the stay of the participants and companions in the race, the proper management of the waste generated is understood to be mandatory, as well as respect for the environment that surrounds us.

23.6 The users of the motorhome area, as well as the camp, undertake to comply with the specific conditions of both areas.

23.7 The race takes place during the High Fire Danger Season. . It is recalled that the use of fire in the bush or adjacent land is prohibited.
